1. What types of photography do you offer?
We specialize in portrait and branding photography — including individual sessions, graduation portraits, family photos, professional headshots, and small business brand shoots. We also accept select event bookings based on availability.
2. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for weekend sessions. Last-minute requests are considered based on availability.
3. Where are you located?
RobiShot Studios is based in Phenix City, Alabama, and proudly serves clients across the Chattahoochee Valley, including Columbus, GA, and surrounding areas. We’re happy to travel — just ask!
4. Do you offer graphic design without photography?
Yes! You can book graphic design services on their own. Whether you need a logo, social media graphics, flyers, or help building your brand’s visual identity, we offer stand-alone design packages and creative consulting.
5. What should I wear to my photo session?
Wear something that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and true to yourself. Solid colors photograph well, and coordinating tones are great for group shots. Once you book, we’ll send you a quick style guide to help you prep.
6. When will I receive my photos or graphics?
Turnaround times vary depending on the service. For photography, galleries are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. For design work, timelines range from 5–15 business days depending on the complexity. We'll always communicate expectations upfront.
7. Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date for both photography and design services. The remaining balance is due by the day of your session or final file delivery.
8. How do I book a session or consultation?
